This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds for Kikar premium features and services.
We strive to provide excellent service, but we understand that circumstances may require cancellation or refund requests. Please read this policy carefully.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your Kikar premium subscription at any time through:
- App Settings: Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to boostengine001@gmail.com
- Google Play Store: Manage subscriptions in your Google Play account
2.2 Cancellation Effect
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation
2.3 Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by purchasing a new subscription plan through the app.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Terms
All payments for Kikar premium subscriptions and features are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
3.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using premium features, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 days
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Service Not Delivered: If premium features were not activated after payment
- Account Termination by Us: If we terminate your account due to our error (not due to violation of terms)
3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with matches
- Failure to use the service or premium features
- Account termination due to violation of Terms and Conditions
- Partial subscription periods (no pro-rata refunds)
- Virtual gifts, boosts, or super likes already used
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your account details (email, user ID)
- Include transaction details (date, amount, transaction ID)
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation or screenshots
4.2 Refund Processing Time
- Review: We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days
- Decision: You will be notified of our decision via email
- Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Credit: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-7 business days may be required for your bank to process the refund
4.3 Refund Amount
If your refund is approved, you will receive:
- Full refund for the current billing period (if eligible)
- Refund will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase
- Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Virtual Items
Purchases of virtual items (Super Likes, Boosts, Virtual Gifts) are final and non-refundable once used or delivered.
5.2 Unused Virtual Items
Refunds for unused virtual items may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase.
6. Payment Gateway Refunds
All payments are processed through Razorpay. For payment-related issues:
- Contact Razorpay support for payment gateway issues
- We will cooperate with Razorpay to resolve payment disputes
- Razorpay's refund policies also apply to transactions
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
8. Free Trial Cancellation
If we offer a free trial period:
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
- If not cancelled, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
- No refunds for charges incurred after the trial period ends
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Service Outages
In case of extended service outages (more than 48 hours), we may offer:
- Extension of your subscription period
- Partial refund or credit
- Compensation in the form of premium features
9.2 Account Deletion
If you delete your account:
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled
- No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time
- Unused virtual items will be forfeited
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
