6. Premium Features and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Kikar offers premium features through subscription plans. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm other users or the service
• Fail to pay fees when due

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and content.

• Reporting suspicious behavior
